Material to be processed
Describe the web construction, surface condition, width, roll diameter, core and whether lamination is complete.
Applications
Roll-to-roll hot foil stamping adds a metallic finish to flexible-packaging webs. Assess the TJM1000 configuration against the material structure, printed registration marks, foil artwork and position in the existing production flow.

01
Describe the web construction, surface condition, width, roll diameter, core and whether lamination is complete.
02
Apply the intended foil artwork at the confirmed web-process position while meeting agreed registration, appearance and downstream requirements.

Position in the process
When no window is required, hot foil is normally positioned after lamination. Confirm the actual sequence for the material and existing process.

Selection depends on input form, material construction, dimensions, target process and finished-product requirements. Submit a technical assessment when details are incomplete; the website does not make a final machine decision automatically.
Compatibility depends on layer construction, thickness, surface condition, dimensions and the target result. If your material or operating conditions have no matching test results, contact us for technical assessment and, when needed, sample testing.
A window application normally places hot foil/window cutting after printing and before lamination and bag making. Without a window, hot foil is normally applied after lamination. MQ630 handles finished-pouch die cutting after bag making. Confirm the actual sequence for the material and target result.
SCM supplies the finishing equipment shown here. Printing, lamination and bag making in the process diagrams are customer or third-party stages. Share your existing line details so we can discuss where the equipment fits.
A new material, unverified construction, special artwork, tight tolerance or pre-production confirmation normally requires a sample-test review. Results apply only to the recorded machine, material, configuration and operating conditions and are not an unconditional production guarantee.
