PROCESS / MATERIAL VALIDATION
Material & Sample Testing
Use the actual material and defined operating conditions to reduce uncertainty in machine selection and result assessment.
Agree the trial conditions before sending samples
Start with photos of the material and desired finish. Agree material quantities, tooling and consumables, costs and timing before shipping.
Sample trials / Confirm before shipping
01 · Photo review
Share material, feed form, artwork and desired result. You can start without choosing a model.
02 · Trial feasibility
The technical team reviews material, machine configuration and objectives before confirming whether a trial can be arranged.
03 · Materials and tooling
Agree sample dimensions and quantities, and who supplies dies, foil, cores and other consumables.
04 · Costs and logistics
Confirm trial-related costs, transport, sample returns and an available date.
05 · Shipping instructions
Ship only after receiving the confirmed recipient, address and packing instructions.
06 · Trial conditions
Record the actual material, machine configuration, artwork and operating conditions.
07 · Results review
Review samples, photos or video and trial records against agreed criteria before discussing machine selection or a quotation.
What to prepare for each machine
TJM1000
Material layers and thickness; web width, roll diameter and core; print marks and repeat; foil artwork and window requirements.
TJQ1200
Material and surface; web width and roll diameter; foil area and colors; embossing target; roll or sheet delivery.
MQ630
Pouches after bag making; material and pouch style; dimensions; cut contour, holes and tolerances; die drawing.
FJ/FJS1050
Paper grammage and parent-roll details; target roll length, diameter and core format; wrapping, tear-strip and labeling requirements.
Sample sizes and quantities, responsibility for tooling and consumables, costs, scheduling, receiving address and returns all require separate confirmation.
Agree the deliverables before testing: processed samples, photos or video, actual configuration and conditions, and any differences from the target finish.

Questions before a sample trial
Can the equipment process my material?
Compatibility depends on layer construction, thickness, surface condition, dimensions and the target result. If your material or operating conditions have no matching test results, contact us for technical assessment and, when needed, sample testing.
When is sample testing recommended?
A new material, unverified construction, special artwork, tight tolerance or pre-production confirmation normally requires a sample-test review. Results apply only to the recorded machine, material, configuration and operating conditions and are not an unconditional production guarantee.
Next step
Start with verifiable material conditions
Open the sample assessment form and describe the material, input form and target result. Confirm the receiving address and test arrangements before shipping.
