What should I assess first when I do not yet know the machine model?
Start with the input: a flexible-packaging web, a gift-wrap paper web or pouches after bag making. Place the operation between printing, lamination, bag making and packing. TJM1000, TJQ1200 and FJ/FJS1050 handle roll-fed stages; MQ630 handles finished pouches. Assess the material and configuration before selecting a model.
01
Narrow the field by input form
Flexible-packaging webs, gift-wrap paper webs and completed pouches create different feeding, tension, registration and delivery requirements. Without separating the input first, roll-to-roll equipment can be incorrectly compared with post-bag-making equipment.
02
Map the upstream and downstream process
A window application normally needs the position after printing and before lamination to be understood. MQ630 is positioned for finished-pouch die cutting after bag making. The actual sequence still requires confirmation for the material and target result.
03
Convert selection into verifiable inputs
Provide material construction, dimensions or web specification, registration mark, artwork, adjacent equipment, target output and acceptance criteria. Mark any unknowns so you can confirm the model with the technical team.
