Start machine assessment from the process result you need.
Five application paths are organized around the real input, target and process position. They do not assume material compatibility or automatically commit a model, speed, price or lead time.
APPLICATION / 01
Roll-to-Roll Hot Foil Stamping
Roll-to-roll hot foil stamping adds a metallic finish to flexible-packaging webs. Assess the TJM1000 configuration against the material structure, printed registration marks, foil artwork and position in the existing production flow.
Packaging window cutting creates an opening in a printed web before lamination. Downstream lamination forms the transparent window area. Assess the TJM1000 configuration against the material, window shape, dimensions and repeat length.
Hot foil stamping and embossing decorate gift-wrap paper before the next finishing stage. Assess the TJQ1200 version against the paper input, artwork and printed registration marks, then define rewound-roll or sheet output for the project.
Finished pouch die cutting uses completed pouches after bag making as its input. MQ630 cuts standard or shaped contours; pouch dimensions, contour drawings, feeding, tooling and tolerances need technical confirmation.
Gift-wrap paper rewinding converts parent rolls into retail rolls with or without cores. Specify roll length, finished diameter, shrink wrap and labels before assessing FJ/FJS1050; tear-strip and gluing functions depend on the selected configuration.
An application page helps organize assessment conditions; it does not replace the factory engineer's final conclusion.
01
Input
Identify the material, roll/sheet/finished-pouch form and critical dimensions.
02
Target
Describe the artwork, window, contour, packaging format or finished-product goal.
03
Boundary
State the current process, tooling, quality conditions and unknowns.
04
Verification
If your material or operating conditions have not been verified, use technical review or sample testing.
Evidence boundary
Compare samples, then confirm your material and conditions.
Related machine pages offer finished-product samples. Actual results depend on material, dimensions, configuration and operating conditions; confirm through sample testing when needed.
