A common question
Does the phrase “automatic rewinder” define the finished roll and packing route?
Define the parent paper roll, cored or coreless retail format, target length and finished diameter. List shrink film, labels, tear strips and gluing where needed. These inputs determine which FJ/FJS1050 rewinding, cutting and packing stations to assess; not every function is standard on every configuration.
01
Specify the finished retail roll
Prepare parent-roll dimensions, paper characteristics, cored or coreless format, target length and finished diameter. A finished-roll specification gives the supplier more to work with than a request for an unspecified rewinder.

02
Separate the packing steps
Tell us whether the finished rolls need shrink-film or paper tear-strip packaging, along with any gluing and label requirements. FJ/FJS1050 includes one labelling unit; additional units can be discussed. Packaging methods and function combinations depend on the model and finished-product requirements.
03
Verify appearance with real materials
Assess the paper, core, label and packing material together. Review winding neatness, cut, package appearance and operating sequence. If throughput matters, trial the target roll length and packing steps with the intended configuration.
