MQ630 Finished Pouch Die Cutting Machine

Finished pouch die cutting machine for standard and shaped contours after bag making. Assess pouch geometry, tooling and tolerances for your MQ630 project.

Tasks to assess

  • Standard finished-pouch contours
  • Shaped-pouch applications
  • Post-bag-making processes requiring waste rewinding

Conditions to confirm

  • The machine is positioned after bag making
  • It is not an in-line web die cutter; bag geometry and tolerance require confirmation

Compare foil machines by process requirements

Do not rule out a machine on “paper” or “film” alone. Use this as an initial comparison, then assess artwork, material, pressure and finish together.

Key figures and operating conditionsTJM1000 ↗TJQ1200 ↗
Artwork and pressure240 × 240 mm standard foil area; confirm pressure requirements against the artwork and operating conditions.Large-area, high-pressure platen foil stamping; check area and tonnage separately for standard, A and B variants.
Stations and processesTwo standard foil groups; the final station also handles windows. Confirm extra groups and station combinations.Foil and embossing; longitudinal / transverse foil paths and group counts depend on variant and configuration.
Feed and deliveryWeb-fed, roll-to-roll foil / window cutting; check tension, print marks and downstream pouch making.Web-fed, with rewind or sheet delivery by configuration. Formed bags and boxes are not the default feed.
Key figures and operating conditions

TJM1000TJM1000 performs roll-to-roll hot foil stamping and window cutting for flexible packaging. Standard: 2 hot-foil stamping stations + 1 separate window-cutting station. Other combinations are order-specific; assess material, artwork, registration and process position with actual samples.
  • Roll-fed hot foil applications
  • Packaging with a transparent window
  • Converters adding a finishing process to an existing line
  • Printing, lamination and bag making remain customer or third-party processes
  • Compatibility, registration and output require technical assessment
TJQ1200TJQ1200 processes roll-fed materials with hot foil; embossing and roll or sheet delivery are configured for the project. Listed materials include paper, nonwovens, film, leather and paper–plastic laminates, with gift wrap as one typical application. Select Standard, A or B around the material, artwork, registration and delivery requirements.
  • Hot foil on gift wrap
  • Embossing for paper packaging
  • Projects requiring a configuration selected by input and output form
  • Check compatibility using the actual material, artwork and process
  • Standard, A and B differ in feed/delivery, working format and pressure; compare the versions below
